Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ Start Date: 06/23/2026 Duration: 6 months Shift: Days, Monday-Friday Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Locum License/Certs: First Assist Certification w/ Robot, BLS/ACLS (standard for NP/PA) Experience: Inpatient gynecological surgical procedures, robotic surgeries (preferred but not required) Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement when applicable What You’ll Do: Assist in robotic gynecological surgical procedures as First Assist Provide support during inpatient gynecology surgeries in a Level 3 trauma center Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner/Oracle EMR system Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in adult gynecological cases Adapt to a fast-paced OR environment, handling 2-6 procedures daily What You Need: Current First Assist Certification with robotics experience NJ license or ability to obtain one (not accepting providers needing licensure) At least 2 years of experience in gynecology surgery in inpatient settings Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing surgical first assistance for robotic gynecologic surgeries at a leading facility serving adult patients.
