Quick Facts Location: Santa Rosa, CA Start Date: Immediate Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Shift: 3.5 days clinical + 1 day OR per week, hospital call 5 days/month Hours/Week: 40+ Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certs: CA Medical License or pending application (2-6 months to obtain) Experience: Preferred but not specified Pay & Benefits Placement Fee: Approved $40,000 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Possible malpractice coverage, vacation, and additional benefits to be discussed during onboarding What You’ll Do Perform obstetric and gynecologic examinations, including Nexplanon insertions and pessary fittings Manage acute and chronic OB-GYN conditions in both outpatient and hospital settings Participate in surgical procedures in the operating room Consult, advise, and coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines Provide education and counseling to patients regarding reproductive health Support hospital call responsibilities and emergency procedures as part of the team What You Need Valid California medical license or eligibility (anticipated 2-6 months for licensing processing) Board Certification or Eligibility in OB-GYN Experience with outpatient procedures such as Nexplanon and pessary fitting preferred Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Ability to start immediately is preferred About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare facility in Santa Rosa, CA, dedicated to providing comprehensive OB-GYN services in a patient-centered environment.
