\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\n* Manage multiple land development projects from planning through construction\n
\n* Lead project schedules, budgets, scope, and quality control efforts\n
\n* Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design\n
\n* Coordinate permitting and entitlement efforts with local agencies and municipalities\n
\n* Review engineering plans, reports, and technical documents\n
\n* Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery\n
\n* Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination\n
\n* Monitor project financial performance and profitability\n
\n* Manage contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project risk\n
\n* Support business development, proposal preparation, and client pursuits\n
\n* Mentor engineering staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field\n
\n* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain within six months\n
\n* 10+ years of land development engineering experience\n
\n* 5+ years of project management experience\n
\n* Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and site development\n
\n* Experience with Florida permitting and regulatory requirements\n
\n* Proven success managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams\n
\n* Strong client relationship and communication skills\n
\n
