Quick Facts Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301 Start Date: TBD upon application Duration: Full-time, ongoing employment Shift: Daytime, 40 hours/week Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: Vermont State RN license & ANCC certification (required) Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical setting, Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 annually Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: pay information is provided; actual salary discussed upon application) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and more (details discussed during the hiring process) What You’ll Do Assist urology surgeons in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including office-based procedures Assist during urologic surgeries and procedures Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and post-operative care Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care Adhere to safety protocols including OSHA standards Support clinical staff in departmental operations What You Need Required: Vermont RN licensure and ANCC certification At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred: Urology-specific experience About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a stable, hospital-owned physician practice in Brattleboro, Vermont, supporting a collaborative urology department.
