Quick Facts: Location: Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital, Cincinnati, OH Start Date: Negotiable End Date/Duration: Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday (3 days outpatient, 2 days surgery) Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours Employment Type: Permanent, employed License/Certs: BC or BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ohio medical license Experience: New graduates with mentorship support encouraged; prior experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (discuss upon application) Additional Compensation: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment options Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Life, Disability Insurance Retirement: 403(b) with company match, 457(b), supplemental retirement plan Other Perks: CME allowance, generous PTO, work/life balance support What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including deliveries, surgeries, and outpatient services Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse-midwives and specialists Manage patient care at a hospital with Level II NICU and MFM support Participate in a shared call rotation (1:6) Educate and support patients throughout their healthcare journey Cross-collaborate with hospital staff to enhance patient outcomes Maintain documentation and quality standards consistent with best practices What You Need: Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Valid Ohio medical license or eligible for licensure Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills Commitment to quality care and community health Eligibility to work in the U.S. (no J1/H1B sponsorship accepted) About the Assignment: Join a well-established, reputable health system dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality women’s health services to the Cincinnati community.
