(ESI), an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is looking for a dedicated Challenge Course Installer to join our team on a permanent basis.
\nProjects are available on an ongoing basis and selection criteria based on committment to the company, availability to travel nationwide for projects, and level of engagement with skill development and uptraining.
\nThis is not a project-by-project position rather a committment to work with a dedicated crew and company who is dedicated to your development.
\nThe Role
\nThis isn’t just a construction job; it’s a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and longevity of adventure courses. You will be responsible for the creation of brand-new challenge courses—from initial installation through commissioning. You will work at the intersection of technical carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and high-stakes risk management.
\nWhat You’ll Do

- Execute & Inspect: Perform high-level CC installations, and heavy maintenance while ensuring consistency with company and industry standards. \n
- Problem Solve: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational excellence. \n
- Coordinate: Review project scopes, goals, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. \n
- Report: Provide daily progress reports to Project Managers and document project expenses in a timely manner. \n

Safety First: Strictly adhere to company health and safety policies and maintain a deep understanding of safety regulations.\n

What You Bring
\n- \n
- Technical Expertise: A qualification in CC inspection, installation, and maintenance (or equivalent). \n
- Physical Prowess: Ability to carry 100 lbs on uneven terrain and work in all weather conditions, from high heat to variety of precipitation. \n
- Tool & Tech Savvy: Proficiency with power/hand tools, basic carpentry, and heavy equipment (skid steer, boom lifts, etc.). \n
- Height Comfort: Proven experience working at height with a focus on risk management. \n
- Certifications: OSHA 10 at minimum is required. This is can be completed after hire. \n
- Soft Skills: Critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under stress. \n

Note: Starting pay listed above is base level with no direct work experience. A comprehenisve review of your background and experience will determine actual starting pay. ESI does not pay per diem, but offers an $80/day meal reimbursement. Company credit card will be assigned after the first 30 days avoiding money out of your pocket.
