Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or ability to obtain (as required)
- Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous schools-based or pediatric SLP experience is highly valued
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records while meeting compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to interdisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to enhance student success
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services as assigned
