\n*Our Team*\n

\n_As a part of our team you would be servicing guests and owners in the following ways_:\n
\n
\n* Maintain restrooms by cleaning and stocking\n
\n* Pick up trash in common areas, pools, parking garage, and landscaping beds\n
\n* Clean windows and common areas\n
\n* Wipe down signs\n
\n* Nights, weekends, holidays as required\n
\n
\n*Skills/Qualifications *sought to be successful in this position:\n
\n
\n* Attention to detail\n
\n* Self Motivated\n
\n* Effectively communicating and informing other team members of needs & issues\n
\n* Possessing a Valid Driver's License or Identification Card\n
\n* Successfully completing a company Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen\n
\n* Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds\n
