Key Qualifications:

• Current California state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CF (School Certification Required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing in California school settings
• At least 1 year of experience using SEIS (Special Education Information System)
• Track record managing high caseloads and incoming referrals effectively
• Previous supervisory experience with SLPAs and facilitators is advantageous
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working onsite—remote or virtual roles not available for this position

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language assessment, intervention, and therapy to a diverse student population within the district
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in SEIS and school systems
• Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs to ensure the highest level of care and compliance
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
• Effectively manage a robust caseload and address referrals efficiently
