Flexible call schedule of 1:3 with hospitalist support Competitive salary with potential for discussion based on experience and training Modern facility, including a new ambulatory endoscopy center, and a GI clinic less than half a mile from the hospital Quick Facts Location: Bay City, MI Start Date: Flexible Duration: Ongoing/as needed Shift: Day shifts, call coverage 1:3 Hours/week: Based on patient volume Employment Type: Employed position License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology, DEA license required Experience: Prior experience preferred, but not required; specialized ERCP/EUS skills required Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application; salary to be based on experience and training CME funds and license/DEA reimbursement available Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage Health, vision, and dental insurances Access to two investment options What You’ll Do Provide ambulatory endoscopy services, including ERCP and EUS procedures Manage inpatient and outpatient Gastroenterology cases Collaborate with hospitalists and community colleagues to deliver comprehensive care Support new practice development within the facility Use Cerner EMR to document and coordinate patient care Participate in on-call rotation (1:3), including hospital coverage Contribute to the growth and success of the GI practice in the region What You Need Valid medical license for Michigan (or eligible for licensure) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology DEA certification required Proven experience or training in ERCP and EUS procedures preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach About the Assignment: This position is based in a dynamic healthcare environment at a leading facility in Bay City, Michigan.
