\nYou will oversee the operations and performance of 11 schools within your assigned region (Cleveland/Columbus Ohio Area), driving educational excellence, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.\n

\nWhat You’ll Do:\n

\nLead & Develop Teams\n
\n
\nCoach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development. Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.\n
\n
\nDrive Operational Excellence\n
\n
\nOversee operations across 11 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.\n
\n
\nGrow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction\n
\n
\nDrive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.\n
\n
\nManage Business Performance\n
\n
\nLead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.\n
\n
\nEnsure Educational Quality\n
\n
\nEnsure high-quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.\n
\n
\nRecruit, Retain & Collaborate\n
\n
\nPartner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, Curriculum, and Facilities teams to support regional success.\n
\n
\nOversee Facilities\n
\n
\nEnsure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.\n
\n
\nWho You Are:\n
\n
\nBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered. (Required)\n
\nMinimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Early Childhood Education, including multi-site leadership overseeing multiple licensed childcare centers. (Required)\n
\nDemonstrated success leading through others by coaching, mentoring, and developing Center Directors and leadership teams to achieve operational excellence.\n
\nStrong business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, enrollment, tuition revenue, financial performance, and key operational metrics across multiple locations.\n
\nProven ability to hold teams accountable while building trust, fostering engagement, and creating a positive, people-first culture.\n
\nStrong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations, health and safety standards, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.\n
\nExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.\n
\nAbility to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive measurable results.\n
\nExperience leading change, acquisitions, new school openings, or organizational transitions is highly desirable.\n
\nAbility to travel regularly within the assigned region.\n
\nAble to meet all licensing, background check, health clearance, and certification requirements. (Required)\n
