About the Role:
As a Production General Labor Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with door assembly, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You will also support basic repairs and material handling, helping ensure the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the assembly of doors and other production components
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issues
Support basic repair and maintenance tasks
Handle and organize materials efficiently in line with safety protocols
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
No prior experience necessary; open to entry-level applicants eager to learn
Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly, offering additional earning opportunities
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
