LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. Experience supporting Trusts and Estates teams required.

This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting and processing legal documents and correspondence

· Maintaining files

· Managing calendars, travel, and expenses

· Scheduling and coordinating meetings

· Coordinating the filing of gift tax returns and other documents

· Corresponding with clients

· Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

· 2+ years of recent T&E legal assistant experience

· Strong MS Office knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include a comprehensive healthcare package, 401k, generous PTO, 11 paid holidays, and other benefits.
