Traveling Journeyman Electrician – Critical Power (Nationwide Projects)
Pay: Up to $45/hr (DOE) + Travel Opportunities
Location: Nationwide Travel (Deploying from Lowell, AR)

\n We are actively building teams of experienced, road-ready electricians to support large-scale Critical Power projects across the U.S. This is a high-demand, high-opportunity role with no cap on hiring for the right candidates.

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Install and support UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems and generator systems \n
- Work on critical infrastructure projects for major clients like Walmart \n
- Travel to job sites nationwide with a team (or occasionally solo depending on project) \n
- Work in teams of 4–6 or on smaller individual deployments \n
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on all installations \n
Schedule
\n- \n
- Typically 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday) \n
- 10-hour days \n
- Project durations vary depending on scope and site size \n
- Flexible time off — scheduled breaks available as needed (no fixed rotation) \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Journeyman Electrician License (any state required) \n
- Experience with UPS systems and/or generator installations (REQUIRED) \n
- Valid Driver’s License and must be 21+ years old \n
- Willingness to travel nationwide and deploy for extended periods \n
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast-paced environments \n
Preferred
\n- \n
- Prior experience on critical power or data center projects \n
- Proven ability to work on traveling crews \n
- Solid, dependable unlicensed electricians with UPS experience may be considered in limited numbers \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- Up to mid-$40s/hour depending on experience \n
- Higher rates considered for top-tier candidates \n
- Travel opportunities with consistent project pipeline \n
