\n * Active Illinois cosmetology or barber license\n
\n * Ability to work a flexible schedule\n
\n * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills\n
\n * Passion for the hair industry and ongoing growth\n
\n * Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of cosmetologist or beauty school or new to men's haircuts? We will train you!\n
