Field Technician - Training Provided!

Telecommunications Technician Opportunity — Paid Training, $18/hr

MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to support residential installations in Savannah, GA and surrounding communities.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and learning valuable technical skills. Whether you’re starting a new career or building on existing experience, we’ll provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

Training & Compensation

• Start Date: August 24th
• Training Location: Pooler, GA
• Training Pay: $18.00/hour
• After training, technicians transition to a piece-rate pay structure with strong earning potential.
  

Role Overview

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
• Install satellite television and home technology equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve service or connectivity issues
• Educate customers on their new services
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job

Candidate Profile

• Ability to lift 60–80 pounds regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 36 feet
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Weekend availability
• Commitment to attend training starting August 24th in Pooler, GA
