Quick Facts Location: Cincinnati, OH (Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital) Start Date: Flexible upon agreement Duration: Full-Time Permanent Shift: Monday–Friday, with 1:6 call rotation Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Salaried Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN (required) Experience: Minimum 5 years in OB/GYN practice Pay & Benefits Pay Package: Discussed upon application (note: hourly pay rate listed as $1.00 for internal purposes) Additional Compensation: Leadership stipend, signing bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment options Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA Disability and Life Insurance 403(b) with company match, 457(b), and Senior Retirement Plans CME allowance, generous PTO, work-life balance resources What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN clinical care including office visits, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, approx. 1,600 deliveries/year) Lead and develop the women’s health program, driving strategic growth on Cincinnati’s east side Collaborate with hospital leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and academic partners to improve quality and patient satisfaction Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering team excellence Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine specialists from the University of Cincinnati Maintain a coordinated schedule prioritizing clinical care and leadership responsibilities What You Need Master’s degree in Medicine (MD or DO) and Board Certified in OB/GYN Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience with leadership or program development experience preferred Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment This position offers a unique opportunity to lead women’s health at a prominent hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
