Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Level II NICUs – Oklahoma City, OK Are you looking for a balanced schedule, competitive pay, and meaningful work in neonatal care? Quick Facts: Location: Oklahoma City, OK (multiple facilities) Start Date: TBD / upon acceptance End Date: Permanent Shift: 12 shifts/month (combination of 12-hour, 24-hour shifts, some on-call from home) + additional nursery coverage shifts available Hours/Week: Approx. 18 days off per month Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board Certified in Neonatal NP (or eligible) Experience: New graduates and experienced NNPs encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: Competitive salary discussed upon interview Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSA 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary plans with payroll deductions Focus on employee health and work-life balance What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four Level II NICUs Provide comprehensive care for newborns and their families Manage patient assessments, interventions, and discharge planning Participate in rounds, documentation, and care planning Cover shifts in various facilities and potentially provide nursery coverage Support unit protocols and quality improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams What You Need: Board Certified in Neonatal Nursing (or eligible) Current Oklahoma licensure or eligibility Residency within the local area required Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call duties Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred but not required About the Assignment: This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in four different NICU settings, supporting high-quality neonatal care in the Oklahoma City Metro Area.
