Quick Facts Location: Sunrise Children's Hospital, Las Vegas, NV Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability End Date/Duration: Open-ended/ongoing Shift: Day/Night shifts available, 12-hour shifts preferred Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time Licensing: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: Recent fellowship graduates welcome; prior experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Pay Package: Starting at $250,000 annually for new fellows; salary adjusts based on experience Relocation assistance available Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase plan with a 15% discount Pre-tax HSA and FSA options Additional plans: Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident, and Long-Term Care insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and identity protection services What You’ll Do Provide neonatal critical care in a Level-III NICU with 72 beds and an average daily census of 60 infants Manage neonatal emergencies, including ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling Participate in transport and resuscitation teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and surgeons to deliver comprehensive neonatal care Support hospital’s busy cardiovascular and general surgery programs Engage in teaching opportunities within an academic environment Follow shared clinical practice guidelines to ensure continuity of care for infants and families What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Active Nevada medical license or eligible for licensure Recent fellowship graduates or current fellows through 2025 Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care setting About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, known for its comprehensive pediatric services and collaborative work environment.
