Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain records in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input to support student achievement
