Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain records in compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input to support student achievement
