Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Davenport, Iowa - Flexible Schedule, In-House Call

Provide OB hospitalist coverage with flexible monthly scheduling in a busy inpatient setting managing both routine and high-risk obstetric patients.

• Flexible monthly scheduling
• In-house 24-hour call coverage
• High-risk obstetric case mix
• Team-based hospital practice

• Inpatient OB hospitalist practice with approximately 65-80 deliveries per month
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, labor and delivery, and emergency OB/GYN consults
• Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, VBACs, and other obstetric procedures
• Work alongside obstetric physicians, certified nurse midwives, labor and delivery nurses, and operating room staff

• Ongoing monthly coverage
• 24-hour in-house call shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Approximately six shifts per month
• Weekday availability required, with additional weekend coverage welcomed

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Iowa medical license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
• ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
• Travel accommodations are coordinated for scheduled coverage
