Quick Facts Location: Anderson, SC (2000 East Greenville Street) Start Date: ASAP End Date/Duration: Permanent full-time Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible), On-call for inpatient oncology Hours/Week: 32+ patient contact hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (BC preferred) Experience: Prior oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $500,000 - $750,000 annually (discussed at interview) Additional Compensation: Relocation assistance, recruitment incentive loan Benefits include: Comprehensive health plans with HSA, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, retirement plans with employer matching, generous PTO, tuition assistance, professional development, and work-life balance perks What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient care to oncology patients in a Level 2 Trauma facility Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor board reviews Manage approximately 15-25 patient visits per day Contribute to rebuilding and expanding the oncology practice Engage with clinical trials via UC-NCORP network Coordinate care with on-site radiation, infusion, and laboratory services Participate in on-call rotations for inpatient oncology coverage Support and collaborate within a family-oriented community What You Need Required: Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Valid South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain Minimum of 1 year of oncology experience (preferred but not required) Preferred: Experience working in multidisciplinary oncology teams Strong communication and patient engagement skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Anderson, SC, offering cutting-edge cancer care in a supportive environment.
