Quick Facts Location: 1600 North Grand Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: Flexible End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent Shift: Full-time, 36 patient-facing hours/week Hours/Week: 36 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency, no visa sponsorship) Experience: Prior Family Medicine experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Salary: Competitive base salary from $257,000 to $286,000 annually + productivity bonuses based on wRVUs Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (eligibility varies) Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years) Relocation: Assistance offered to eligible candidates Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, CME allowance, paid malpractice coverage Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to diverse patient populations Manage a panel of patients, providing preventive, acute, and chronic care Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers Participate in after-hours on-call rotation Support development and implementation of patient care strategies Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for efficient care Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives What You Need Required: Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency) Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Prior outpatient primary care experience About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, delivering high-quality family medicine in a community-focused environment.
