Quick Facts: Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003) Start Date: ASAP / Flexible End Date/Duration: Full-time Shift: Day shifts, outpatient and surgical settings Hours per Week: 40+ Employment Type: Permanent, full-time License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Experience: No specific experience required; preferred candidates will have completed residency Pay & Benefits: Annual Salary: $458,000 – $508,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits include: Paid malpractice insurance Retirement plans (403(b) with employer match and 457(b) optional) Generous CME allowance Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Wellness programs, FSA, HSA (medical plan dependent), and more Paid family and medical leave, leaves of absence What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient clinics and surgical procedures at the hospital and outpatient surgery center Diagnose and treat ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions Perform a variety of ENT surgeries in hospital and outpatient settings Collaborate with audiology and specialty teams to deliver integrated patient care Develop and manage a growing patient panel in a community with a high demand for ENT services Participate in shared emergency department call (1:5 rotation) Use EPIC EMR for documentation, coordination, and patient management Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and staff within the health system What You Need: Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Strong clinical skills and professional motivation Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment: This full-time ENT position at a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, offers the opportunity to practice in a vibrant, community-focused setting with strong inpatient and outpatient support.
