Quick Facts Location: 17043 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345 Start Date: 07/18/2026 Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (clinic only, weekdays) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certs: Active Medical License, BLS, DEA, Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years of residency Experience: Prior outpatient pediatrics experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (Rate to be filled out on bid) Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel reimbursements when applicable, and additional benefits discussed upon application Additional: Robust referral bonus program, paid malpractice insurance, and flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance What You’ll Do Provide outpatient pediatric care at our high-demand clinic in Hesperia Manage an average of 25 patients daily, including routine check-ups, acute care, and follow-ups Complete documentation efficiently within clinic workflows Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs Engage in bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) communication with diverse patient populations What You Need Active medical license in California Current DEA license Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics BLS certification 1+ year of outpatient pediatric experience preferred Strong communication skills and cultural competency About the Assignment This full-time outpatient pediatric position is located at a reputable facility in Hesperia, CA, serving a socioeconomically challenged community with high demand for pediatric services.
