Quick Facts Location: 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 Start Date: 06/26/2026 Duration: Ongoing, with specific dates available Shift: 12 or 24-hour shifts, no call coverage required Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Per diem, temp-to-permanent options possible Licensure/Certifications: Current license in PA required Experience: Neonatal ICU experience, including Level III NICU, required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (rate typical for internal purposes; please inquire for competitive pay packages) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You’ll Do Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, and IV insertions Assist with resuscitations and procedures within scope of practice Support neonatal transport efforts as needed Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care Cover scheduled dates including June 21, 27; July 13, 15, 30; August 1, 3; September 6, 12, 13; October 11, 17, 29, with ongoing shifts as required What You Need Required: Valid PA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Experience in Level III NICU or comparable neonatal intensive care setting Ability to perform advanced neonatal procedures Willingness to work scheduled dates and transport duties Preferred: Prior experience in neonatal resuscitation and transport Flexibility for both temp-to-perm and as-needed coverage About the Assignment This assignment is at a respected facility in Johnstown, PA, where your neonatal expertise will make a difference in critically ill infants.
