Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children's Hospital, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday through Friday Hours per Week: 35 Employment Type: Locum/Temporary License/Certifications: Medical License in Ohio, DEA, Board Certification in Anesthesiology Experience: Prior pediatric anesthesiology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $0.00/hour (discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do Provide anesthesia services for 50–60 surgical cases daily in a hospital operating room setting Supervise CRNAs as part of a team model Manage anesthesia care for patients from neonatal to adult age groups Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, techs, surgeons, and APPs Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality What You Need Active Medical License in Ohio Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to supervise CRNAs and manage diverse patient demographics About the Assignment This assignment is with a highly respected hospital in Dayton, Ohio, a Level 1 Trauma Center with a dynamic team of 22 anesthesiologists and 14 operating rooms.
