Quick Facts: Location: Winston-Salem, NC Start Date: 07/07/2026 Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: Variable (as per unit needs) / 40 hours per week Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem Licensure/Certifications: NC License, BLS, ACLS (if applicable) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Urology preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision coverage (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do: Conduct urologic consultations independently and collaboratively with clinicians Assist with patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Support urologic procedures and post-operative care Rounding and call coverage at acute care facilities Collaborate with full hospital support staff and after-hours triage teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols What You Need: Valid North Carolina state license or eligibility to obtain At least 3 years of urology experience Certifications in BLS and ACLS (if required) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Key skills: patient assessment, collaborative care, urology procedures About the Assignment: Join a well-established urology team at a leading healthcare facility in Winston-Salem.
