Quick Facts Location: Tallahassee, FL (1300 Miccosukee Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308) Start Date: Immediate / As soon as credentialed End Date / Duration: Ongoing / Long-term assignment Shift: 8-hour and 24-hour shifts available Hours Per Week: 36-40 hours (depending on shift schedule) Employment Type: Contract / Per diem License/Certifications: Current Florida state license; Board Certified in Neonatal Care (NC) Experience: Minimum 2 years’ NeonatalNP experience required; no new graduates Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, adjust based on actual negotiations) Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary (discussed upon application) Health, dental, vision insurance Life and disability insurance Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) 401(k) with company match Pre-tax HSA and FSA accounts Additional voluntary benefits (Aflac, Employee Assistance Program, etc.) What You’ll Do Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and 3,500 deliveries annually. Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospital staff to deliver family-centered care. Assist with high-risk pregnancies, premature and critically ill newborns. Support transport services staffed by neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists. Participate in shift rotations, including on-call duties, to ensure continuous patient coverage. Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality. What You Need Required: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (No FNP or other NP certifications accepted) Active Florida license & NC DEA license At least 2 years' experience as an NNP Proficiency with neonatal care procedures and protocols Preferred: Experience in a Level-III NICU setting Strong team collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Tallahassee, FL, providing specialized care in a state-of-the-art NICU dedicated to managing high-risk cases.
