We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Part-Time HR Generalist to support a growing organization with a wide range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations while working a flexible part-time schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and knowledgeable in employment laws and HR best practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations
  • Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave requests
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with payroll-related HR functions and employee data changes
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as needed
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting employee relations, benefits, and compliance activities
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, UKG, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
