School Speech Language Pathologist - Kerman, CA

This full-time, full school year contract role involves working onsite with a high-needs caseload and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Both experienced SLP-CCCs and strong Clinical Fellows dedicated to school-based practice are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license and CCCs required (or eligibility for CF supervision)
• Minimum two years of SLP experience in California schools
• At least one year utilizing SEIS for documentation and case management
• Proven ability to supervise SLPAs alongside facilitators is highly valued
• Skilled in handling high caseloads and a robust volume of referrals
• Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset but not mandatory
• Must be comfortable providing onsite services (not a remote or teletherapy position)
• Commitment to professional collaboration and adaptable communication

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with a wide spectrum of communication needs
• Collaborate with SLPA support as needed to maximize student impact
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain compliance with state and district standards
• Document therapy progress and manage all reporting requirements within SEIS
• Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to support the whole child
