\n This established online retailer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a 2-week temporary assignment. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat while supporting the team with light administrative tasks.\n

\n Job Duties:\n

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner
    • \n
  • Respond to customer emails and online chat inquiries
    • \n
  • Provide product, order, and account information to customers
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems
    • \n
  • Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document organization
    • \n
  • Work with team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
    • \n
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer service
    • \n

\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • \n
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
    • \n
  • Experience handling phone calls, email correspondence, and online chat
    • \n
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • \n
  • Reliable transportation
