\nLittle to no long-distance travel with most offices covering only the local WCAB\n
\nHybrid and/or remote work available\n
\nRequirements:\n
\nA background in Workers' Compensation defense required\n
\nTech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook\n
\nBe a member of the California State Bar in good standing\n
\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly\n
\nAble to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and through speech\n
\nAble to independently and proactively handle files from referral to resolution\n
\nAble to work using case management software\n
\n
