\nThe Caribe Resort is looking for *experienced *condo housekeepers. Housekeeping attendant performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of condo units, under the supervision of a housekeeping Inspector. *We are looking for 1099 contract labor positions*. Housekeepers must attend a paid training class before cleaning. This pay will be included in the first cleaning paycheck.\n
\n
\n* All amenities and linens are provided and delivered to the unit; dirty linen is picked up at the end of the day\n
\n* Paid Weekly\n
\n* Flexible Schedule\n
\n* No outside windows or balconies\n
\n* No driving up and down the beach\n
\n* Mostly assigned to the same building, if possible to the same level\n
\n* $75-$185 per unit, with minimum assigned 2 units per day\n
\n
\n*RESPONSIBILITIES:*\n
\n
\n* Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.\n
\n* Removes all dirty linens and terry, placing those outside of the unit door.\n
\n* Cleans bathrooms, kitchen, dust, sweep, and mop.\n
\n* Replenish bathrooms and kitchen amenities.\n
\n* Applicant must be able to walk, stand, push or pull heavy items for extended periods of time, have good communication skills and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.\n
\n* Ability to work independently.\n
\n* Good time management skills.\n
\n
