Quick Facts Location: York, PA Start Date: 07/20/2026 End Date: 10/19/2026 Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract / Temporary placement Licenses/Certs: PA License or IMLC LOQ, BC or BE in Urology, DEA required Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $443.43/hour Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide outpatient urology care in a clinic setting Support hospital-based urological procedures and surgeries, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, ureteroscopy, penile implants, and orchidopexy Manage patient consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning Supervise advanced practice providers as needed Participate in on-call rotations (24-hour call required) Utilize EPIC EMR system to document patient care What You Need Board certification or eligibility (BE) in Urology Valid Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ DEA certification At least 1 year of relevant Urology experience Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a hospital or clinic in York, PA, where you will deliver high-quality urological services within a dynamic environment that blends office procedures with hospital-based surgeries.
