Job Description
Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist – Custom Molding & Automation\n
\n
\nUp to $32.00/Hour + Tuition Assistance • Two Rivers, WI / Northeast Wisconsin Corridor • 4-Day Work Week\n
\n
\nEXPERIENCE DEPTH: 2+ Years of Industrial Machinery Maintenance, Equipment Diagnostics, or Electro-Mechanical Repair\n
\n
\nTECHNICAL APTITUDE: Fluency in Three-Phase Power (480V), AC/DC Systems, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Sensors, and Relays\n
\n
\nWORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with the flexibility to work occasional Fridays as needed. The company typically works approximately one Friday per month, depending on project demands.\n
\n
\nLOCATION POLICY: 100% On-Site (Modern, Custom Job Shop Environment Housing Over 45 Advanced Production Presses)\n
\n
\nThis opportunity offers a stable, high-autonomy career home for a reliable, self-directed maintenance professional who wants to escape the rigid, slow-moving corporate loops of a large conglomerate. Operating as an established, debt-free precision manufacturing operation with over 40 years of market success, this production facility consolidates all engineering, tooling, and high-volume production operations under one roof. The organization is built on a foundation of long-term stability—evidenced by multiple team members who have built careers here for over 30 years—and a leadership team that aggressively reinvests profits into purchasing a modern mix of new and used machinery.\n
\n
\nThis position is a true "blank canvas" for a dedicated technician who takes immense pride in equipment reliability and technical variety. Rather than being siloed into a narrow, repetitive plant task, this role lets you wear multiple technical hats, tackling an evolving mix of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical challenges across a fleet of production presses. Because the priority is placed on character, technical curiosity, and an uncompromising work ethic, candidates with a strong blend of hands-on skill and a drive to learn are highly valued.\n
\n
\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n
\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex production machinery, seamlessly handling electrical root-cause isolation up to 480V three-phase systems.\n
\nExecute comprehensive preventative maintenance routines across production equipment, including lubricating machinery, testing thermal couples, and optimizing heating systems.\n
\nTackle diverse technical challenges ranging from rebuilding hydraulic/pneumatic valves and replacing relays/switches to executing general facility upkeep projects.\n
\nDismantle malfunctioning equipment independently utilizing cranes, hoists, and hand tools to repair components before reassembling and verifying operational efficiency.\n
\nPartner directly with the plant management and engineering teams to manage operational assets, minimize equipment downtime, and coordinate equipment installations.\n
\nDocument maintenance data accurately, tracking repair lifecycles, part consumption, and production equipment diagnostics.\n
\nWhat We Are Looking For\n
\nProven industrial maintenance foundation featuring approximately 2 or more years of verifiable experience executing electro-mechanical troubleshooting within a manufacturing or job-shop environment.\n
\nStrong electrical and fluid power fluency with hands-on comfort reading technical schematics and diagnosing low-voltage sensors, SSR relays, three-phase motors, pumps, and basic PLC architectures.\n
\nDecisive, self-directed drive with the confidence to step up, troubleshoot faults independently, and think critically beyond the boundaries of a single department.\n
\nUncompromising reliability and work ethic backed by an excellent attendance record, a safety-first manufacturing mindset.\n
\nLocal proximity and permanent residency established within a comfortable commuting distance of the I-43 manufacturing corridor between Milwaukee and Green Bay.\n
\n
\nPlease apply here or at impactsolutions.com/opportunities where you can see and apply for any of our open positions.
