What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures across diverse specialties including ortho, gyn, eyes, endo, ENT, dental, and general practice. Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to each patient. Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety before, during, and after procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records for each patient. Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and state regulations. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families regarding anesthesia care. Complete shift responsibilities within a team-oriented environment. What You Need Current PA RN license and active CRNA certification. Minimum of 1 year recent CRNA experience in outpatient or similar setting. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and Pals. Ability to work a full-time day schedule and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Strong patient safety and communication skills.
