Quick Facts Location: Mansfield, OH Start Date: 06/13/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / As scheduled Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts (occasional coverage needed) Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule Employment Type: Per diem License/Certs: Active Ohio medical license, Board Certified in OB/GYN Experience: Prior hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $230.10/hour Pay Package includes: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Paid sick time in accordance with state, federal, and local laws 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide obstetric triage, admissions, inpatient care, and delivery services for hospitalized women Manage OB/GYN emergencies including obstetric and gynecological crises Collaborate with local obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care Perform trauma evaluations on pregnant patients and manage obstetric complications Respond to real-time communications from office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries Follow up on inpatient obstetric care and ensure safe, effective management of patients What You Need Active Ohio medical license and board certification in OB/GYN Minimum of 2 years’ experience in obstetrics and gynecology hospitalist services Ability to handle emergency calls and manage OB/GYN emergencies independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This opportunity is at a highly supportive facility in Mansfield, Ohio, dedicated to women's health care.
