Quick Facts Location: 1200 North Beaver Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Start Date: 08/17/2026 Scheduled End: 11/16/2026 Shift: Hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 3-4 weeks per month (minimum) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: AZ license preferred, active DEA required; board certification as NP or PA Experience: 1+ year in electrophysiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $140.79/hour Pay Package Discussed Upon Application Benefits: Competitive pay Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid malpractice insurance What You’ll Do Support electrophysiology physicians with both hospital and clinic coverage Manage follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, and same-day appointments Conduct procedures and assist with hospital patient care Support EP department in patient evaluation and treatment planning Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Document patient encounters accurately using Cerner EMR What You Need Active AZ license (preferred) or eligible for licensure DEA certification Minimum of 1 year working in electrophysiology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently within a busy department About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, a vibrant community known for its scenic beauty and quality of life.
