Medical Director, Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services in Somerville!

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking an experienced, board-certified Adult Psychiatrist to fill the role as Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services (PESS) at RWJUH Somerset in Somerville, NJ.

The Medical Director of PESS for RWJUH-Somerset will be responsible for the coordination of the Medical Staff and clinical staffing activities and performing direct patient care within the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service sites. He/she will direct and participate in team meetings, treatment planning, disposition, and other certifying requirements.

Qualifications:

• ABPN board-certified in Adult Psychiatry

• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
\n
• Ideally experienced working in an inpatient setting
\n
• High energy, adaptable, and ability to work on a team
\n

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $445,000 per year.
