Job Summary
A growing advertising and PR agency is seeking a creative, data-driven Social & Digital Media Specialist to join its team in Shreveport, LA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a digital marketing professional who enjoys managing social media strategy, creating engaging content, optimizing paid campaigns, and using performance data to improve results.
In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients across social and digital platforms, helping brands grow their online presence and connect with their audiences. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and creative, with opportunities to work closely with account, design, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals, graphics, and short-form video content.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and support active community engagement for client brands.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic digital platforms.
- Track campaign performance using native platform analytics and Google Analytics, then prepare clear client-friendly reports with KPIs and recommendations.
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
