Quick Facts: Location: Kennewick, WA Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: At least 3 months (ongoing) Shift: Clinic Mon-Thurs 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, Call 7:00 am to 7:00 am (call: 1:3) Hours/Week: Approximately 40+ hours Employment Type: Contract/Full-Time License/Certifications: Active Washington State medical license or IMLC required Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (please note this is placeholder; actual pay discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do: Provide OB-GYN clinical care in a busy outpatient setting Participate in labor and delivery rounds (30 min–1 hour daily) Support hospital call coverage independently, as needed Document patient interactions and call back hours accurately Review medical records and respond to patient inquiries during call shifts Comply with all documentation and billing requirements for call hours and patient care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team ensuring quality patient care What You Need: Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC Active malpractice insurance and clean clinical history required Ability to document calls and patient interactions thoroughly and accurately Experience with OB-GYN procedures and patient management preferred About the Assignment: This position involves providing OB-GYN care at a regional hospital and outpatient clinic in Kennewick. The provider will participate in scheduled rounds, handle call coverage, and deliver high-quality patient services in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in call timing and documentation is essential to ensure compliance and smooth operation.
