Were hiring a compassionate Social Services Professional to join our dedicated caregiving team. Candidates with any of the following current credentials are eligible and encouraged to apply:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)

What Youll Do

• Help identify and support residents social and emotional needs
• Participate in care planning with our interdisciplinary team
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Provide guidance, resources, and education
• Lead or assist with resident engagement activities
• Maintain required documentation and training

What Youll Need

• A current LSW, LPN, COTA, or CTRS credential
• Appropriate education and training associated with your qualifying credential
• A passion for supporting older adults
• Experience working with older adults is a plus
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
