Position Overview

Our organization is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist in clinical leadership within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is centered around resident care, where you will play a crucial part in managing nursing operations, fostering staff development, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to guide care planning.
• Mentor and support nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Coordinate educational initiatives for staff development.
• Implement best practices to enhance the comfort, recovery, and overall quality of life for seniors in our Middletown community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a nursing leadership role is preferred.
