Quick Facts Location: Longmont, CO Start Date: TBD End Date/Duration: Perm/Full-Time Shift: Clinic hours with limited call; no ER coverage required Hours/Week: Employment full-time Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Fellowship trained or extensive experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $385,000–$407,000/year, with potential productivity bonuses Benefits: Health, vision, dental insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Retirement plans: 403(b) match and 457(b) deferred plan CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance Generous paid time off and relocation assistance (if eligible) What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive gynecologic patient care, with a focus on minimally invasive, robotic, and endometriosis surgery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including general surgery, urology, and radiology Manage pre- and post-operative patient care efficiently with support from nurse practitioners and physician assistants Perform approximately 12–14 robotic surgeries weekly, contributing to a high-volume surgical practice Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and outcomes Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR system What You Need Valid Colorado medical license or eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Fellowship training or extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery/endometriosis preferred Strong interpersonal skills and patient focus Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment About the Assignment This position offers the chance to join a well-established, physician-led medical group serving residents of Boulder County.
