Quick Facts Location: AtlantiCare - Mainland & City Campus, Galloway, NJ Start Date: July 01, 2024 End Date/Duration: 1-2 weeks (with potential extensions) Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Weekends: 2+ weekends per month (call ratio 2:4, not consecutive) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Locum (Short-term coverage) License/Certs: Current State Medical License (Required), Board Certified in Cardiology, BLS & ACLS certifications Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Non-Invasive Cardiology Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Discussed during application (standard hourly rate provided upon approval) Benefits: Malpractice insurance, travel expense reimbursement (per policy), flexible scheduling Additional Perks: Reimbursement for flight, hotel, rental car, or mileage at IRS rates (specific rates and hotel preferences apply) What You’ll Do Provide non-invasive cardiology consultations and assessments for adult/geriatric patients Conduct echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, EKGs, and treadmill stress tests Collaborate with a team of 24 cardiologists to deliver high-quality patient care Manage inpatient and outpatient cases at multiple campus locations Participate in weekend call coverage as scheduled Ensure documentation within Oracle/Cerner EMR system What You Need Required: Valid New Jersey Medical License (or eligible) Board Certified in Cardiology BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 2+ years of non-invasive cardiology experience Preferred: Prior experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology settings About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Galloway, NJ, providing critical cardiology coverage at the Mainland and City Campus locations.
