Quick Facts: Location: Findlay, Ohio Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: permanent position Shift: Monday - Friday, Clinic 2 days/week; Surgical/Procedural 3 days/week; 10 night/weekend call shifts/month Hours per Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Licenses/Certifications: Medical License in Ohio; Board Certification in Vascular Surgery preferred Experience: 0+ years (salary depends on experience, see below) Pay & Benefits: Base Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years); up to $600,000 (7+ years) Bonus Potential: Up to $75,000 annually based on performance metrics Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 one-time payment Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000 Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2) Paid sick time and holidays 176 hours of vacation + 240-hour carryover limit CME allowance of $7,500 annually Retirement plan options (401k, 403b, Ohio State University retirement) Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other perks What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a community-based vascular surgery program Provide advanced surgical care for aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, dialysis access, and peripheral vascular conditions Perform open and endovascular procedures Managevascular conditions with medical and non-surgical interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology Supervise advanced practice providers and new staff as the program grows Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventative care Participate in institutional and community service activities Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows Opportunity for leadership roles based on experience and interest About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare facility in Findlay, Ohio, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered vascular care.
