Quick Facts: Location: 747 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122 Start Date: 05/08/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday – Thursday (4-day work week) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on schedule Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Medical license valid in Washington; board-certified/board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Experience: Minimum X years of MFM experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Compensation: Competitive base salary, $525,000 - $600,000, commensurate with experience Benefits include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Prescription coverage, Teladoc, and Second Opinion services Short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D Paid sick leave (70 hours annually) Parental leave, fertility benefits (Progyny) Retirement plans including 401(k) with profit sharing and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Continuing education assistance, EAP, identity theft protection, discounts, and more What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings Manage high-risk pregnancies with advanced diagnostic tools like ultrasound and genetics testing Perform specialized procedures, including fetal echocardiography and CVS Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, and specialists Support regional outreach clinics in Everett, Issaquah, and beyond Participate in clinical research and mentorship of OB/GYN residents Engage in postpartum care and home call duties with robust hospital support Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice What You Need: Valid medical license in Washington State Board-certified or eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine At least X years of experience in high-risk obstetrics Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment About the Assignment: Join a highly skilled team at a leading facility in Seattle, dedicated to providing exceptional maternal-fetal care in a technologically advanced and supportive setting.
