Quick Facts Location: 269 South Candy Lane, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 Start Date: 07/15/2026 End Date: 10/14/2026 Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (with night beeper call) Hours/Week: 40+ Employment Type: Temporary/Locum License/Certs: AZ license or IMLC; Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required Patient Volume: Approximately 15-18 patients/day Procedures: 10-15 per week, including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy Hospital: 99-bed facility with robotic surgery available EMR: Cerner Support Staff: 1 employed MD and MATs on site Schedule: August to December, various dates with coverage during normal business hours and on-call shifts Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $481.65 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide specialized urology consultations and follow-up care Perform outpatient procedures such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, and laser lithotripsy Manage inpatient and outpatient surgical cases including TURP and TURBT Collaborate with hospital support staff and support staff Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system Participate in on-call duties during night shifts Ensure compliance with licensing and hospital protocols What You Need Required: Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Minimum 1-year clinical experience DEA registration Proficiency in procedures like ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, cystoscopy Preferred: Experience with TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and patient management skills About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital dedicated to providing excellent patient care in a community setting.
