What You’ll Do Provide in-house neonatal care in a Level-III, 60-bed NICU Manage approximately 1,000 admissions annually with a daily census of 54 Collaborate with an experienced team including residents and nurse practitioners Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives Offer backup call from home; in-house call coverage required Cover a broad spectrum of neonatal cases, excluding ECMO and heart surgery Participate in a rotating schedule with dedicated in-house shifts Support a busy hospital delivering around 6,000 babies annually What You Need Current valid license and certifications appropriate for practice in Kansas BC/BE Neonatology Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Open to new Fellows who are BC in Pediatrics About the Assignment A leading facility in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Neonatologist to join their esteemed team in a Level-III NICU setting.
